Help family living below the poverty line

Hello all. This is something approximating a last ditch attempt for my parents, who don't know I'm making this post.

The situation is not horrible for me, because I have a small amount of savings to get me out of the country in September for my studies (in the Netherlands, couple of hundred euros to cover rent until I'm able to get a job)

But my parents are completely broke with no income at all until the summer. You see, we live in a small island in Greece and unless you are a business owner, people only work during the summer (tourist jobs). So basically, my parents have empty pockets until mine or my dad's first paycheck rolls in probably in July. My mum does not work because of bipolar depression.

This situation is made worse by the fact that my mum has treatment - resistant Bipolar Depression and obviously the money matters are making it worse. Thankfully, medications in Greece are 95% paid for by the government, so she doesn't risk going without her meds, but it's still making her mental health even worse. My parents are freaking out about where the next lot of shopping will come from (for food) and I have been trying to figure out ways to help.
