My name is Zainab, and I am the aunt of the two children, Naya and Sham, their ages are between 8-12 years.
I am here to help my sister's family of four, who were displaced from Syria to Lebanon in 2013 due to the war. They are currently suffering from exceptional circumstances in Lebanon as a result of the difficult economic and psychological conditions that deprived this family of the simplest necessities of a decent life, and the most severe is the deprivation of the two girls from Education for the second year in a row.
The worries and debts burdened this family, and their goal became the struggle to provide food on the table and cover their monthly expenses.
Unfortunately, this family has only one job, which barely pays their electricity bills and house rent despite the father's quest to find additional work, but to no avail.
Part of the donated money will be allocated towards securing food and paying the rent that has accumulated for 4 months, as well as paying off the miscellaneous debts that have accumulated due to the Corona epidemic, low wages, and stopping work for long and sporadic periods.
As for the bulk of the money, it is to help the family get out of Lebanon (passports + visas + airline tickets) to a safer and more secure country and an opportunity to educate the two girls in school and start a new life.
They need a huge blessing now, especially after the homeowner’s desire to increase the rent of the house, the high value of the electricity bill, and the crazy high prices in return for a very low job salary, creating a large gap between income and expenses.
Dear donor, if you feel that you have paid to donate, make sure that every penny is in its place and is valued in our hearts.
