Campaign Story
Edwin Marcelo had a stroke last December 8, 2019 and underwent angioplasty operation at the Philippine Heart Center hospital in East Ave., Q.C. As of today, December 21, 2019, his hospital bill amounts to around PHP 650,000.00 and counting. His family is in need of financial help to pay all the bills so he can be discharge.
