I am Dwayne Graham a visually impaired individual. I was recently diagnosed with retinal detachment. My sight is deteriorating rapidly and as a result it negatively affects my functionality and I have to depend on others to assist me in carrying out my daily activities.
The doctor recommended immediate surgery in order to save my vision.
I am desperately seeking your assistance to cover the medical cost.
