Help Cyclop’s Surgery

Yesterday, my brother woke me up because one of our puppies was attacked by our adult labrador. His eye popped out of the socket and hanging. We immediately took him to the nearest vet that we know unfortunately, the vet doesn't have supplies with him and he told us to go to the city instead which is an hour from our town and it will be costly.

Aside from not having funds for the surgery, the people in our household is pretty much busy, so we opted to put his eyeball back to it's socket and it did. However, after sometime, it went back out. I really want to have him stitched up or fixed. I don't want him to get infections or grow up with that situation so I called vet clinics in the city and asked for an estimate amount on the surgery since I have 500 Php to spare. But then there estimate is more than 1,000 Php. My family is on a tight budget right now since it's Christmas season so I can't possible ask for money. I will be very much grateful if someone can help me out with this one. Thank you so much.
