Help Chiranjit start his own business

He is currently working as a caregiver in Bangalore, some 2000 km away from his home. He wants to go back to his native place, a village near Kolkata, to help and support his ageing parents. He is also getting married next year. To be able to financially support his parents and newly married wife, he has to do something on his own. He wants to start a small business of making and selling incense sticks (agarbattis). He doesn't have any savings and can not get loan from any institution either. He needs around 250000 INR($3500) to be able to buy all equipments and start the business. Please help him raise $3000 so that he can start his own business, so that he can go back to native village and old parents, so that he can live together with his 'going to be wife' happily.
