Help canadian family returns home

We are a Canadian family that came to Portugal about 28 years ago because my grandmother died at that time. My family did not return, we had a house there that we were paying, we were without it. My mother had breast cancre, now has cysts and has to be treated. I have 2 small children, one of them with hyperactivity, attention deficit, among others. My husband is not Canadian. In the country we are living there is no work, very high incomes, the salary is not enough to live, the health system is horrible (I am waiting for a consultation for my eldest son 2 years ago), the schools are horrible too , Do not help children with special needs and difficulties. We need help with money to handle bureaucratic paperwork to go (my husband is not Canadian, not my children who were not born in Canada), they are papers we need, we need to buy plane tickets and take some things mainly from the kids and Rent a house there. We want to change mainly to be able to give our children a future, health, education, some quality of life, something that does not exist here. If someone can help us, thank you very much.
