Help broken family have fair chance at fresh start

for the last eight years of my life I have been living in an extremely violent and dangerous relationship. I have had several broken bones, countless bruises, the left side of my face has been reconstructed. I have no friends anymore, and over the years the majority of my family have passed away. During the time I was in this relationship, I was forced to take out loan after loan. I found myself paying less and less on my bills, in order to have the money to keep him happy. I did this out of fear for my life, Before this I was actually quite good with money. I had goals in life, I wanted to get a job and continue to study. I wanted to provide a good life for my children, and set a good example. The last straw was when I was kicked in the stomach so hard, the my spleen split in half. Almost dying of internal bleeding, which resulted my spleen being removed. I now have no immune system, and have to take an antibiotic every day for the rest of my life. I can no longer walk my kids to school if it's cold or raining, incase of becoming ill due to my weakened health. My house has been destroyed, there are holes in the walls broken furniture. All electrical items have had the cords cut in half and are dangerously held together by sticky tape. I can no longer study as I have used up all of the government funding I'm entitled to. He would break my laptops, and make a seen to prevent me from doing anything. There for never completed anything I started. Now I am left with a less then suitable home for my children to live in, and no resources left to turn to. This includes Nills loans and charity handouts ( St Vincent de pauls, salvation army "etc"), which I've already taken out, for white goods that have been intentionally destroyed. I just want to raise enough money, in order to fix all the damages to my house. So my children can grow up in a home they deserve, pay off all the debts I have incurred because of him. Buy a car so my kids can get to school even if it's raining outside. Finish studying and get a job, so I can finally provide my children with the life they deserve and should have had from the beginning.
