Help us get a property for our business plan before it sells. The cause is greater than it sounds.

hello dear friend. We are a NZ-Estonian couple living in Estonia with two kids. We wish to create jobs for us by selling pies and spray-painted pictures. We have been working on the business plan all winter and now have one week to get the money together for a property that is perfect for our dream or it will be sold. The bank loan is not an option at this time and we are running out of time.
