I am asking for Your Help to bring my lifetime dream into a reality. I want to set up a nut butter business in Dubai where I have recently moved to from Scotland.

About ME and why I am asking for YOUR Help

When I was just 6 years old, my parents separated. My super mum took both roles of being a mum as well as a father. Coming from a low-class family meant a lot of hardship for a woman to raise four children by herself. The hard work my put to raise me, my brother and two sisters inspired me and drove to be the man I am today. I have worked my way up from the street of Mombasa, Kenya to studying sports in Scotland's most reputable institute for Sports. When I say I worked my way up I mean I worked my way up (doing all kinds of jobs) from being a young boy from a low-class family, raised by a single mum, to studying in one of the most prestigious institutes for sports in Europe. I did this all by myself, thanks to the all the lessons I learned from this amazing woman, I call mum.

In 2017, I graduated with an Honors degree in Sports Studies. One month after which I moved to Dubai where I have always wanted to live and work. My plan was to move to Dubai, work as a freelance personal trainer then after a year set-up a nut butter business in Dubai. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I have spent all my savings just to stay afloat during my first year in Dubai. My expenditure rent, bills, living expenses etc exceeded my income. It has taken a whole year for my monthly income to match my monthly expenditure. As you can guarantee with these statistics no bank wants to offer me a business start-up loan.

How Can YOU Help ME make a Difference

My goal is to be able to set up an all natural nut butter production business here in Dubai. To my knowledge, there aren't any nut butter businesses in Dubai. Even if there are, then they are lacking productivity, imagination and not making an impact in the market as in all nut butters available in the supermarkets and shops are imported. Here is where I want to make a difference, set up a LOCAL all natural nut butter production line. Where I can express my passion for nut butters, whilst being able to utilize my knowledge and experience to create top-notch nut butter flavors from around the world.

A small nut butter business is perfect for fit for me in an ever expanding country like UAE. This will provide me an opportunity to work towards a brighter future that I long for. Working hard to making this lifetime dream a reality. I will make a successful business venture that will provide opportunities for me to continue being successful and give back to the community by hopefully providing jobs locally.

I have made it this far by the will, hard work persistency and consistency without asking for help. But now I believe asking for a little help will go a long way.
