Help Bring My Dad Back Home

My family has and is still passing through severe and harsh financial trouble. My father is a victim of his financial troubles. We are a family of four brothers and we have spent our lives in the United Arab Emirates before moving to Lebanon in December 2016. With the slump of oil price, inflation and high cost my father struggled in the UAE for the past five years to settle his debts, afford paying house rent and schooling. At that time, since my father was the manager of the company he worked in he was entitled to sign cheques. Initially, Many of his cheques bounced back due to insufficient funds in the company he works for. Sadly, the unfair part is that the same way my dad has to pay people, other companies also have to pay my dad and if they did on time then my dad wouldn't have been in such a situation. However, even though my dad has won the court cases against the companies that still have to pay my dad, my dad is still not able to take his money since these companies authorized LLC(Limited-liability-company) giving them the capability(In UAE courts) of not paying other companies since these companies have declared bankruptcy. Initially my dad had to pay over 1.3 million dollars in debt since he was facing a jail term. That is when we decided to sell all the properties we own in Lebanon, however, they were not enough to cover all costs.My father is now facing court and his passport is held. We are living apart as a family since my father is banned from leaving the UAE, leaving my mom with a difficult task of supporting us all since we do not have any source of income anymore or properties to sell. My dad now resides in jail with a term of up to 4 years in the UAE since he has two final court cases totaling up to $140,000 and we do not have any properties to sell anymore except the house which we are living in now which is the only roof/shelter we have left. Some of my aunts and uncles decided to help us with my dad's debt but it would definitely not reach $140,000. I as the eldest son, believe this page is for raising as much as i can in order to help take my dad out of prison. Hopefully, with your help this would be possible.
