Good day! I am writing this letter with much hope that you might be able to help me. I ARLOTTE A.MERCADO 33 years old, male, present residing at #458 Pacheco street. Brgy.118 Z-9 Tondo, Manila, married to Maria Lara C. Mercado 30 years old. We have 2 boy kids, 4 & 6 years old. The issue is that at the moment we are not financially able and we cannot afford the hospital fees which are beyond our affordability. But we can cover the transportation and transit fee only.These treatments were extremely expensive. I would like to ask in your good office for a Financial Support for preparation of my KIDNEY TRANSPLANT OPERATION. My Donor is none other than my loving mother Melba Abando 55 years.old. At present my treatment is Hemo Dialysis 3x a week. We had been already attend the orientation regarding this. And as per our Medical Social Service MSSD/NKTI, We need to have show money bank account worth of 500,000- Z-package of Phil health for Transplant Operation. This include matching blood typing and tissues, laboratories, medicine expenses after operations and others.
