Help an artist to finish renovation

My story starts back in 2002, when I was a young child my parents got divorced. My sister and I have decided to live with our father; an year later my mother sued my dad for apartment partition. After that a few months later my dad lost his rationality and due to that has become a violent person and hard to cope with, my sister decided to move to my mom's place. I stayed with dad. In February 2004 my parents sold the apartment and after that, dad bought a cheap price studio apartment where I live now.

And the problems still keep on coming. November 2004 I was on my first year of highschool, and my dad didn't have a safe job and money so I couldn't continue with my studies, I had to drop school. In 2005 when I was 15 and half old, I started working for living. I couldn't save money, wherever I worked the payment was less due to not having any job qualifications.

In 2010 or 2011 when I was working with my dad (renovating and painting domain) my sister asked me if I can help her with some money to pay her University taxes. It was the same amount that I had to pay on build taxes, so me and my dad gave up to pay the build taxes to help her.

In 2016 my sister proposed to take some bartending clasess to get a job qualification (and I admit that I do not excel in this craft). In 2017 I convinced my dad to give me the apartment so I did the paperwork, in order to get it on my name the studio apartment I needed money so I was forced by the environment to get a bank loan. there were some taxes and paychecks to repay. Also I started renovating it but I didn't have enough money left to finish it. The situation looks pretty much as per the images from the video.

All I want is a place to call it home. I can't save money (and for now I'm jobless, I'm searching) because the bank debts are so high.

I need to earn 15000$ to pay entire loan and to finish the renovation.
