Help Ammar Rizqi to get his hearing aid

Hi! I am Dee. I have joined Autism Malaysia Facebook group for my son. One day, exactly on August 15, 2018, I bump into one comment from this one mother named 'Nurafida Mahdie' about his 5 year old autistic son who is deaf and mute and waiting for his hearing aid from Social Welfare Department (SWD/JKM) since 2015. My heart was devastated because her child is growing without no hearing aid and medical assistance. I checked her status from someone in JKM and found out that she is the receiver for monthly allowance provided to those in needs, unfortunately for hearing aid assistance, the record said, she doesn't apply. There is miscommunication when we (me/Nurafida Mahdie/JKM/Hospital) doesn't know where exactly the loopholes of this mistakes. Her son is in dire need for that hearing aid, so please help them. As a lecturer, I have launched my donation in the college and sadly, the amount is far from expectation. The hearing aid cost is MYR 6000 for both ear. I planned to have her USD 4000=MYR 8000, so Ammar Rizqi can get his hearing aid and the balance would help them to get their basic necessities. Nurafida Mahdie lived in rural area in Sarawak while I am in Peninsular Malaysis (Johore). Please spread kindness. Thank you
