. This is a story about a loving mother, Angeles Lao Balansag Daclan, fighting a rare aggressive brain tumor to survive against the odds. It is a story about a mother who bravely left home to work abroad as OFW(Overseas Filipino Worker). It wasn't easy journey to be away from her family for almost 10 years just to earn a living then unfortunately need to go back home due to serious illness.

Two months ago her world was drastically turned upside down with the sudden and abrupt discovery that she has a large tumor at the back of her brain. She went home with a positive outlook that she'll surpass every aspect of what she's going through now. Many have reached out with positive uplifting stories of full recoveries from similar circumstances that focus on giving hope.

To be honest the successful outcome of this journey is a very long & difficult one. Indeed a lot of courage on her behalf added with the substantial financial obligations created. You can't help but feel an immense strain. To ask for financial donations is a very hard thing for us to request, but the absolute need to do anything and everything we can for Ales versus the inevitable monetary hardship is a reality crossroad that we are facing. Hope for Ales means pursuing all available treatment options in Cebu Philippines. One critical piece of her treatment involves chemo and radiation, immune therapy to help the immune system fight cancer. The doctor didn't recommend a surgery due to the tumor’s critical location.

There's hope bec. nothing is impossible with God. Her positive outlook towards the situation will help bring her to fast recovery. We appeal for your Help If You Can & Continue to Pray for her recovery.
