Help a young girl go study at an University

Hi friends I am looking for some help for a friend as she really needs it.This campaign is for a young Estonian girl to get her education and dream career. She needs it cause her schizophrenic father, who is abusive, will not support her cause she isn't doing what he wants her to do. And cause she will be graduating gymnasium this summer she must find a new place to stay at cause she will be kicked out of her parent house.
