Help a Single Mother of 2 to be able to walk again

Hello! I'm so glad that you could take the time to read this. I was kind of reluctant to try this out but I want to exercise my faith and to trust God that He will be able to use this site to help us out of this trial that we are facing right now.

I would like to ask from you to extend help to my mother, Maria Belinda Policarpio-Naguio, who has 2 slipped disc in her lumbar (L3 and L4, and L4 and L5). This has caused her so much physical pain which keeps her up all night. She is unable to walk properly and has difficulty in finding a comfortable position, whether it may be sitting or lying down. I have seen her struggle with this and it pains me to see her in this kind of situation. The doctor kept her on pain medication for the mean time which costs us $50 per month. This adds up to the monthly expenses we have to face with her maintenance. She was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes (insulin-dependent). She was also previously diagnosed with stage 1 thyroid cancer and had underwent thyroidectomy. But praise God, she is now cancer free and her remaining thyroid is able to sustain the demands of her body. All in all, her monthly medication amounts to $150.

She underwent surgery for her L3 and L4 disc when she was on her 20's. Now at 55, the same disc had been damaged and has added strain on the next disc which led to its damage also. The doctor gave us two options. It's either we go directly to surgery or therapy and then administer Intervention Pain Management (IPM) which will only be allowed for 3 sessions, with each session amounting to P50,000 ($1000). This IPM would only allow her to live 6 months without any pain. So we have decided for the surgery since it will really get rid of the problem. This is the breakdown of the fees needed for the surgery:

Metal Instrument for the spine - P180,000/instrument x 2= P360,000 ($7, 200)

Hospital fees, Doctor's fees, and anything that will be used for the surgery- P440,000 ($8,800)

Amounting to $16,000

This is not all of it, we need financial support for her medication whilst she's recovering since she's the breadwinner of the family. Financially, we don't know who or where we could turn to. So as of the moment, we are really only relying on God's grace for our family's expenses.
