Help a Scholar Get a Laptop

Hey guys. I am trying to help my cousin get a laptop for his studies. He is a scholar from Davao, with high grades. He wants to be an electronics engineer. He is currently a 3rd year student. He really needs it to do programming and researches. Our families are not rich and he is doing part time work in order for him to have something to spend. I wanna ease his burden by helping him have one because he is currently borrowing from other friends or goes to an internet cafe to access one. It doesnt need to be a very high end laptop. I hope you guys help! I'll post his photo with the laptop once he gets the surprise. Thank you
