Help a Rescued Dog

My family rescued a stray dog on the streets from a hit and run case. We are currently fostering her as we find a way to treat her. We already went to 2 organizations that we thought could help us but they refused to take the dog in and instead just recommended us to take her to a vet clinic. But since we dont have enough money to pay for all the medical expenses the dog needs, we unfortuately haven't taken her to a clinic yet. Please help us save this poor dog's life. She's still able to eat and drink well but her legs are already dislocated as it was ran over by the car. I know she's in a lot of pain as she often cries so please help us so we can take her to a clinic as soon as possible. Any help would be very much appreciated.
