Help a mother of two disabled daughters

A family member, a mother of two disabled daughers, aged 30 and 18. One is suffering from epilepsy and other is autistic. Money is needed to send them to special needs centers to get them educated and self-dependent. As their mother is getting older, so the girls should be taught to rely on themselves.
