Help A Kenyan beautician launch his company Awesome Beauty

Tony has been working in Tanzania as a beautician for 8 years, all of that time managing a successful beauty salon for another person. During his two off days per week he loads his massage table and his beauty supplies into a tuk-tuk and drives to see his extensive group of expat clients to provide massage and nail and face treatments. He has also purchased training for himself in some beauty processes back home in Kenya. His typical day involves 7-8 appointments for which he receives about 18 USD for the most costly service. I have been his client for 3 years and I have seen him endure poor treatment and work against staggering odds to build his dream. I want to help him open a tiny shop here in Dar Es Salaam.
