Help a determined IT student to Finish her Final Semester in College

Hi, I'm Sheen. I am supposedly on my final semester as a student taking up Information Technology but I was not able to enroll last semester due to financial problem. My family and I had to rebuild our home after it was damaged during the process of road widening that runs through our neighborhood. The funds that I had save up for my education were utilized for this. I took on digital arts commissions (I'll include my sample works on the photos) and online paper works with the hopes of saving money for the next enrollment, but I ended up using the money to pay for our household's utility expenses instead. I do not want to ask my parents for money anymore because I know that their income is just good for our daily needs plus my father is now unemployed and trying to make homemade food for a local business to support my younger sister's classes and it's been really hard so far since it's really hard to get customers. In this regard, I'd like to ask your support for me to pursue my education. Any financial assistance you may give me will be highly appreciated.
