Help a child to recovery from physically vulnerable position

This is an 5 years old child. She has run over by a Mini CNG ( four wheel small truck) a couple of days ago. Though her family condition is vulnerable, its quite impossible for her parents to bear the expense of medical treatment as well as her recovery cost.
