Help 2sisters get their New Kidney Transplant

Hi. My name is Baby Eula Ronan Montellano. I am 33years old. I have (ESRD) End Stage Renal Disease and need to undergo lifetime dialysis treatment or kidney transplant to extend my life.. I am the the 3rd member in my family to have kidney failure. First, my older brother who passed away 15years ago, 2nd, is my youngest sister who is now 3years dialysis patient. And now, its me.

I am humbly asking you to please support me and my younger sister in our New Kidney Transplant Journey. Our goal is to raise enough money to sustain our funds for kidney transplant.

Back in 2015 when my younger sister Liezl Ronan Montellano was diagnosed with (ESRD) end stage renal disease. She was in hemo dialysis since then.. She is now 23yrs old and hoping to have a kidney transplant and have better way of living...

On the same year of 2015, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

I went for medical check up back in 2015 and I was diagnosed on that day with stage 4 chronic kidney disease (CKD). The ultrasound showed that my left kidney was shrunk already. And I only have my right kidney working but it was already weak..

But I dont feel sick at all at that time. As in, I dont have any symptoms.

At first, I thought maybe the doctor was misdiagnosed me. But when they reffered us to the nephrologist to one of the specialist hospital. Then only I understood everything..

The doctor said something about IgA nephropathy. Glomerulonephritis. Chronic type.

This condition may develop silently without any symptoms.. Its like a silent killer.

No cure exists for IgA nephropathy, but certain medications can slow its course. Since then, I became more observant of my body and tried to limit of what I suppose to eat and not.

As the time goes by, the symptoms started to come out one by one.. I experience symptoms like trouble breathing at night, high level or uric acid which caused gout, difficulty in concentrating, sleep problem, cramps, nerve problems and more.. These are just some of the symptoms that I am experiencing for the past 3years now.

And now, the time has come for me to start the lifetime treatment..

Being on dialysis is not only physically draining but also financially draining.. Like any other kidney patient, My sister have been through a lot of physical and emotional pain. To the point she thought it will be the end for her, but God is good and faithful, He never let go of my sister. Sending people to pray and help her battle this sickness. He surround us with so much love and care for us to keep fighting.

Providing our everyday medical expenses is such a big challenges for us. As we all know dialysis in philippines cost a lot of money. But we are doing our best as family and friends to support the entire cost involved in dialysis sessions and for my medical expenses..

Doctors however, advised us that we should have a kidney transplant as soon as possible if we want to live longer and have our normal life back.

The cost involved (P2Million) is beyond our capacity which is why we decided to raise funds by creating this fundraising project.

Our goal is to raise a Kidney Transplant Fund by reaching out to friends, family, colleagues or even strangers who feel led to help out by donating. You can save our life.
