Help 2 years old Arushi in getting her legal rights

Arushi, the one year girl is refused and kicked out of her father’s home because of the only reason that she is a girl. The cruel father kicked out the little girl and her mother by giving a reason that he was hoping for a son and not daughter and since this is a girl he refused to accept her. Arushi is the first child of the couple and his father was expecting a boy as their first child, so he refused to accept her. After this, the cruel father also refused to pay any compensation or amount for the upbringing of the little girl. He also refused to give any right in his property to the girl and mother. Now arushi is of two years and her mother is taking care of the little girl.  From the last one year arushi’s father had not even tried to meet or to speak neither to the little girl nor to the mother of the girl. So now we decided to fight for the rights of the little girl. No one has the right to deny the right of parenthood merely because of the reason that she is a girl. We decided to file a legal suit in the court of law demanding her legal right.  We are not demanding any compensation from the girl’s father but only to accept her as daughter and to give her love as he would have given to his son. This is the fight for the Rights of Arushi. As Court cases in India requires long time and a heavy budget, so we are requesting for donations through this platform. Your donations will help  arushi in getting her legal rights. This initiative will also break the stereotype of favoring a male child. More importantly it will give a message to the society that girls and boys are equal and have equal rights in the court of law.
