Heart Surgery for my loving mother

Maximina Baldo,73. She was admitted at Chong Hua Hospital on Nov.1,2019 and was diagnosed with Severe Aortic Stenosis. Aortic stenosis is a narrowing of the aortic valve opening. Aortic stenosis restricts the blood flow from the left ventricle to the aorta and may also affect the pressure in the left atrium.This narrowing prevents the valve from opening fully, which reduces or blocks blood flow from your heart into the main artery to your body (aorta) and onward to the rest of your body. As of now the opening is now .5 diameter which leads her in difficulty in breathing and can no longer breath without any support.

The doctor said she needs to undergo a valvuloplasty. A valvuloplasty, also known as balloon valvuloplasty or balloon valvotomy, is a procedure to repair a heart valve that has a narrowed opening.However, we cannot decide further due to financial reasons.
