Jayson Matthew "JM" SJ Ramos was diagnosed of rheumatic heart disease and one valve in the heart needs to be replaced.

On May 15, 2020 while in the midst of the pandemic lockdown he was confined in Jose Reyes Hospital

due to loss of appetite, thinning body, difficulty breathing, and inability of the heart to pump blood. He was tested of Covid19

but turned out negative. As per doctors advise his mother needs to prepare P500,000 for the immediate valve replacement operation.

Monica San Juan, his mother, is a solo parent working as a domestic helper in kuwait supporting an extended family.

Notwithstanding, earning only a meager income and inability to attend to her child. JM is left in the hospital alone,

and only his grandfather attends whenever allowed to get inside the hospital.

In this most trying times, health is what we value to stay alive.JM is not battling against Covid19 but battling to survive

everyday from a heart ailment. So, he is knocking in our hearts to seek for any amount of help we can provide.. May God bless us all
