Hi My name is Srimathi and I am raising funds for my treatment. I am a housewife. I have two children, a husband,I have been fighting Congenital Heart Disease. More then two heart valves are blocked. I have been suffering for more than a year and it has been a tough time for me and my family. Surgery is my only hope at getting better and living a normal life. I need a Heart surgery urgently. My treatment will cost approximately Rs. 20000. I am unable to pay for the treatment due to As my mom is diabitdi patient and heatt payipat, now she is facing problem with blockeage of heart valve , so this is the reason am raising funds for her immediate operation.The funds raised will be used towards my HospitalBills.my family is eagerly awaiting my recovery. Once I'm better I will help others as much as I can. It will be a great honor , if I get help in Time thanks.I request you to kindly contribute towards my treatment and help during our time of need.
