The Discipleship Training School (YWAM – DTS) seeks to bring you into a more intimate relationship with God. It also gives you an opportunity to discover your passions and your part in God’s purposes for the world. It is for those who long to follow Jesus in new ways with a different perspective.

is a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world.

Hello Everyone!

My name is Rhozzel Defante. I have been an independent Missionary in Cambodia from 2013 to 2018. Then i went back home in Philippines and stayed here for almost more than 2 years.

Looking back to all the wonderful things God has done and where God has led me, i can honestly say and have no doubt that God has called me into mission.

I want to share to you about an amazing opportunity that has opened up for me to join Youth With A Mission (YWAM ) and be a part of what they are doing globally. I have been accepted into their Discipleship Training School (DTS) in Bali, Indonesia on June 13, 2021. This is a program design to lead you into a more intimate relationship with God and gives an opportunity to discover you passions and your part in God's purposes for the world.

My journey with Ywam will begin June 13, 2021 where I will spend at their base with a team of believers, a 3 month lecture phase where we learn more about God and His world. Then after that, we will set out to a 3 month phase outreach where we apply what we learn.

This will give me an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus in places untouched by the Gospel as I give Him my life to use for His glory and plan of redemption.

I truly believe that this is a great plan God has for me in this season. However, this is something that I cannot do on my own. Therefore, I am reaching out for support in two ways. If you think you would be willing/interested in coming alongside my mission and be my supporter:

1. First, I ask for prayer in both preparing for this journey and my time there. I believe in the power of prayer and just this cannot happen without God, so I invite you to come alongside me and ask Him to do big things.

2. Second, I am asking for financial support and that you prayerfully consider donating so that I may be able to participate in this incredible opportunity.

My goal of $3000 will go towards the cost of the program like quarantine, accommodation, food, school materials and travelling expenses for outreaches.
