In July 2019 I will be starting a year long volunteering with Nuluka Foundation, a non-government organisation registered in Colombia and Australia. The organisation helps children in public schools in Meta, Colombia learn English language and gain more opportunities for their brighter future. I will be taking all of my personal educational resources acquired over the years of teaching and donating them to the organisation. However, it is not enough for the children in 6 rural schools that the NGO currently supports.

On July 28th 2019 I will run my 3rd half marathon, which I would like to dedicate to raising funds for the purchase of resources for the children in these schools, such as English books, art and craft resources, cards and games that support language development. This will help the founders and volunteers address the individual needs of each student and enhance their learning experience.

When it comes to the children, engagement and fun is key to learning. Quality resources help make lessons exciting, which I will later share with you through my Instagram.

Your help will be greatly appreciated and any contribution no matter how small will put a smile on my face, which I will later share with the children.
