Grow Vegetables in Winter

I live in a city that is surrounded by mountains and I want to start producing early vegetables that will raise during the winter, demand is high and the market is not saturated so I think that the work could be very successful. The problem is that it takes a very expensive system for heating greenhouses, I figured that I produce biomass in the form of briquettes for heating greenhouses so as to collect fallen leaves from the surrounding mountains, and with the help of the press that I had already perfected, and manufactured briquettes for heating boilers, and also to reduce the risk of fire in the mountains. I will employ, when the entire project is completed, nine workers including me to work on system maintenance and production. The biggest problem is my machinery for the collection of fallen leaves because it is also the most expensive thing in the project and without it, can not possibly realize my idea.
