White Long Ducker 2024

Every year at Harrow on the hill in London, boys, teachers, Old Harrovians and parents combine to organise and undertake a charity sponsored run, the Long Ducker. Symbolically, it takes place along one of John Lyon’s roads, the Harrow Road from Marble Arch in central London to Harrow.

Harrow Appi will hold two Long Ducker events each academic year. One in the White Season and one in the Gold Season, both of which will take full advantage of our beautiful mountain setting.

Join us for the White Long Ducker, a thrilling 5km snowshoe around Appi Kogen Golf Course. Put on your snow boots, gather your friends, and embark on a journey through breath-taking landscapes while making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

This incredible event is not just about physical fitness; it's about championing mental health and wellness. We are proud to support "Hands on Tokyo", an organization which provides meaningful bilingual volunteer opportunities to foster volunteerism and develop leaders to serve the needs of our community. Hands on Tokyo aims for a society where each individual is valued, and where people proactively support each other.
