Grandpa needs a hospital

Grandpa is old and sick and needs some hospital treatment. Unfortunately, my family can't afford a private hospital and he is currently in a dirty, crowded, sick place, where the nurses don't bother to clean properly and forget about old patients, leaving them waiting for hours. He is lucky he has mum and grandma to look after him. But I don't want them to get sick doing it and even if he hasn't much time left, I want what's best for him. With this money, he could afford a week's private hospital treatment, which is great.
