Graduation Gift: New pc for my architect girlfriend

Good day! Help me get a powerful workstation desktop computer for my girlfriend, currently 5th year student in Architecture. She is graduating this coming May of 2018 and I want to surprise her with a mid range computer that can handle architecture stuff like the latest Lumion, autocad, and other applications that requires heavy tasks and powerful components. It pains me to see her wait for a minimum of 4-6 hours just to complete one low quality render work because of her low spec laptop. She could've used her time wisely if only she has a powerful pc to begin with. Any amount will surely help!
