Go Beyond Your Purpose – a fund raising program for an Open Heart Surgery

I hope this post finds you well.

I'am Clarissa Marcelino-Reyes, as a mother i will do anything to for my son. My 1year and 9 months old son Ezekiel Reyes was diagnosed of Congenital Heart Disease - Tetralogy of Fallot since he was 6 months old. Where in, his heart has a 4 defects, ventricular septal defect (VSD), pulmonary valve stenosis, a misplaced aorta and a thickened right ventricular wall (right ventricular hypertrophy). (Ctto, google).My son is experiencing a Cyanotic tet spell (Blue baby) especially if he is tired and restless because there is no enough oxygen that supply on his heart and lungs.

He needs to undergo an open heart surgery in Philippine Heart Center and we are shortlisted on the approval of his requirements for his Zbenefit (a special program of Philhealth for some chronic diseases). We are so blessed that the condition of Ezekiel is included on the said program.

I am working as a Call Center Agent while my husband is a lalamove rider. But our daily income is not enough to cover all the expenses, Me and my family are selling T-Shirts, Graham Balls, and Macaroons for a cause as a preparation for the said operation
