Giving Edo State Street Children a Future

I am appealing to you on behalf of Edo State based Not-For-profit charity Organization called "Give Edo State Street Children a Future", to help raise fund for the rescue of street Children. Your donation will go a long way in helping to rescue more homeless Street Children out of the dangers on the streets and rehabilitate,  provide them with Shelter, food, clothing, Education in a safer environment where they can enjoy their childhood, play, grow, learn and broaden their perspectives toward a better future. No Child deserved to be on street without parental love and protection. Every child deserves the right to grow up in a safe and nurturing environment.

In Benin City, Edo State, children as young as 5 years old, are forced to fend for themselves to ensure their own survival on the streets, due to circumstances beyond their control. In most cases they are abandoned by their parents.

Having been forced to run away from their home to seek shelter, food and companion on the street, street children in Benin city are further exposed to exploitation and abuse that is not only destructive to their physical wellbeing, but also to their mental health as they are forced to work to feed themselves on the street. Consequently, these children are being condemned to a future of further poverty as they are not only denied their childhood educational opportunities that they need to gain a future meaningful employment.

This does not have to be the case, because every child deserves and has a right to be cared for, loved and to grow up in a safe and nurturing environment. Because children rely on adults for protection and guidance, we believe that we owe it to every street child in Benin City to ensure that their future is shaped and that their foundations is set, hence we are appealing to you to help to raise funds to rescue them from destructive life on the streets and provide them with shelter, clothing, feed them and for their educational needs to liberate them from the circle of poverty, so they can have a better future like any other child.

If you believe that every child has a right to grow up in a safe and nurturing environment under the protection and guidance of adults, please give and help us make a difference in the lives of many children living on the streets of Benin, by helping "Give Edo State Street Children a Future" raise fund to give street Children a better future, Nothing is too small to make a great difference to the lives of Street Children.
