Give us a home before Christmas

Desperate!

After more than 25 years of hard work in our own business, we went bankrupt 7 months ago.

We thought that, with all our experience, getting a new job would be no problem at all.

Unfortunately ,probably because of our age of 56 and 62 , that didn`t happen.

Finally we decided to ask our community for a benefit to help us in these desperate times.

But that did not work either.

We are now 7 months further and all that time no income and had to sell all our belongings just to survive.

We could no longer pay the rent and even had to live in a car for a couple of days luckely we could stay with our family .

Our existence consists on hopping from family member to family member and living from handouts.

This is something that makes us very ,very sad and is a burden that we can no longer lay upon our family.

We want to work hard but do not get an opportunity anywhere.

Our 2 dogs are hopping with us but you can also see the grief in their eyes. Is there someone who can support us financially so that we can ,at least, start a new life again to rent a house and pay the deposit.

We have sold all our stuff and have to start all over again.

I would like to say that we have NEVER ever asked for anything in our life and have only worked hard and contributed to the community and yet the government is completely abandoning us and we are now REALLY in despair.
