Give training for the friends on mobile apps

We a student start-up started with zero in our hand.What we need is to help our friends to earn by themself without a boss. What we need is to train them for creating quality apps by their own. Now we are on zero. we need to start a website, then we need to be a mobile app development company. Then we will be able to hire the students who all wish to do the same. We will not take more profit from this. We will encourage them by increasing their payment and we wish to gain with them.

We have other projects in our hand to create more job opportunities . But what we need is the initial cost. We have nothing to sell . What we have is some idea and a company to help some.
