Give Lana Hope

Hi Internet.
Two, almost three years ago, I fell in love with a girl named Svetlana (Lana).When I first met her, she was a hard working student who without fail got solid "A's" on all her school work while putting in alot of effort to comply with her overstressing work outside of school, and in the time we've had together, I've come to know her as a humble yet strong, independant, powerful and intelligent girl who could do anything if she wanted to.

Recently, Lana and I have had hard times, the more important ones being that we were made homeless, but we came out of that and we had the terrible surprise of pregnancy, which we have had taken care of and since then.. Lana has become mentally ill.

Currently, Lana has been in mental health care for over 2 months, going on 3 soon and until now shes shown good signs of complete recovery. However lately, finances have become a massive issue. housing has come up again which I am sorting out on my own for us, and Lana has paid $150 for dentistry which I moved to a later date, Glasses that were wrongly made have damaged her sight and cost her $250 which hasn't been re-imbursed and her phone's contract had to be paid outright, costing her $800 which she's had my help with getting an advancement of pay for...

The phone, two days after being paid off was stolen from her handbag, along with her headphones while she was called away to elsewhere within the mental health facility to take part in a relaxation activity. No assistance is being offered to us by the health ward, even though they had'nt supplied her with a safe place to have her belongings locked in, and being in such a vounerable state anything can happen.. and the police can't do anything, we've had to IMEI lock the phone, essentially killing it.

Here's where YOU come in. I want to show her that GOOD people still exist.
I want to buy her a new phone, the one she had to pay the rediculous amount out for was quite out-dated too, which made having to pay so much for it quite disheartening for her, considering at that time, I'd just paid the exact same amount for a much newer phone myself.. I want to give it to her when she leaves the ward,which so far is scheduled for the 22nd of January as a welcoming re-assurance that people out there can be quite amazing and caring
