السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته .

May allah reward you with goodness,

The Center that needs our help today is called “Dar el Falah”, It opened in a town in Lebanon in 2018. It is only one of the two Islamic schools in the entire town.

It is dedicated to teaching quraan to adults & children as young as 6 years old, totaling to over 400 students.

The Center runs mainly on donations, with registration fees being close to nothing, so it’s accessible to the least fortunate people.

This summer we started a summer camp for the young students of the center (166 children in total) with lots of different activities and classes, from embroidery and art, to sports, to educational classes such as religious education, first aid, gardening, nutrition… plus some field trips, side from the normal quraan schedule that runs all year long.

Our aim is to occupy the free time of these children & teens, in a muslim environment, where they could learn skills and hobbies, that they could carry on with in their lives, and be a better alternative to the other available summer camps that may not please Allah.

The summer camp fees are also a fraction of what other camps demand. A big portion of the fees has already been covered, but we are short of 1500$, both for teacher salaries and the closing ceremony that shall take place at the end of the camp. The celebration will gather students and parents, entertain them with food and drinks, and grant gifts to the hard working students.

We really appreciate your kindness & pray that Allah bless you and bring goodness into your life.
