Get Papi healthy and ready to be adopted

Papi is a cute and french poodle dog whom I found on the street, bleeding from his front legs and with severe malnutrition. I've managed to make him gain weight and walk normally again. He's slowly recovered his will and ability to play. Now it's time to get him truly healthy, and then ready to be adopted and go to a good home.

I can't keep him because I already own a little dog and rent a small flat. The landlord said I should get rid of Papi ASAP. For him to be ready to be adopted I need an amount that I haven't been able to reach in months, and now I'm not having any income, because of the pandemic. The money I need is for:

-Veterinary attention: FIRST THING I'LL DO. He has developed lately a little exposed cyst in one of his legs which he doesn't stop licking. I'm worried that may be cancer, but even if it's nothing that bad, I need to take him to the vet to check it as soon as possible, as it's painful for him. Also, he needs attention for his eyes which seem to be infected.

-Complete vaccines (2 rounds)
-Treatment against parasites
-Sterilization -A clipper so I can cut his hair and he's all handsome to meet possible adoptants.
