Get hitched already!

We got engaged almost 3 years ago now on our sons first birthday party, since the we have had a second child and I have gone back to school to study. Things are really tight, and we would live to get married, but the finances are just not there!! We would love to get married next year in Jan. We have been together since I was 23, which is 8 years ago. I have considered to settle for a little backyard wedding or eloping. But while looking into these options, it really doesn't matter how or where you get married its still going to cost thousands if dollars. So coming here, yes, maybe desperate, but I just want to get married to the man who I love and I want to have the same last name as my children.
