Campaign Story
Collective is a group of musicians, using their God-given singing talent to form a formidable ensemble. It comprises of a group of passionate individuals, harnessing collective effort(s), to produce the sweetest and memorable music, in unison.
This dynamic group of diverse and talented young singers was founded in November 2015 by the renowned local musician Ponti Dikuua.
The singers hale from various well- known Namibian choirs. Collective performs various genres of music, including gospel, contemporary, classical and Namibian traditional music. We believe in our local Namibian composers and support them by making their music an integral part of our song selections.
Collective is one of only 12 choirs worldwide who received an invitation, and the only choir invited from Africa. We will be representing not only Namibia, but the entire African continent at the World Choral Expo to be held in Portugal in September 2022.
Your valued donations will be used to get the Collective Singers to Portugal to represent the entire African continent.
