Gaming against tourettes

Hi my name is sander and i have somthing called tourette syndrome. I do play video games to relax and not think about and having tics. tourette syndrom is a innherited neuropshyciatric with onset in childhood. Charactherized by multiple pshycial ( motor ) and at least one vocal ( phonic ) tic. This tics charactheristically wax and wane, can be supressed temeporarily, and is proceded by a premonitory urge. Tourette's is defined as a part of a spectrum tics disorder, which includes provisional, transient, and persistent ( chronic ) tics. Please support me if you would help me out.
