Funds for Faye’s Treatment

This campaign is for Jadelyn Faye F. Tejero, 17 years old. She has a heart disease called "SVT" or "Supraventricular Tachycardia which means she has an abnormal and fast pulse of her heart. Last year, it became a "Ventricular Tachycardia". She was diagnosed with illness since May 2015 and she was confined several times in hospital due to such illness. The doctor advised her to take Cardiac Ablation-it is the process of burning the source of the abnormal heartbeat of the heart at the Philippine Heart Center. We denied the offer at that moment because we don’t have enough money for that procedure. We hope that you will be able to join us in funding the procedure needed by Faye.
