Fundraising drive for Jerome’s Spine Surgery

Dear Family and friends,

We are starting this campaign to help our friend and family, Jerome. He is desperate to reach out us. You may have heard the news regarding how jerome has been in and out of the hospital because of his debilitating illness. We have reached out to several specialists to seek consult and several laboratory tests and imaging studies has been requested and done, but it seems that everytime we feel that we are close in knowing that exact cause and possible treatment for Jerome, everything fades as other medical problems arise and we are in nowhere close to giving hope to our dear Jerome for complete recovery. Insurance may have been a good way to tide the wave, however, because of several occasions of pain, body weakness and hopelessness, has led us to bring Jerome in and out of the hospital, thereby maxing out his insurance claims. Until few days ago, a bright light shine upon Jerome as we finally sought the help of a neurosurgeon and was eventually decided in subjecting him, to a rather complex procedure (spine surgery with metal fixation). Alas! Jerome finally had the strength to go on and hope for his long time dream of becoming a normal person again just like any one of us to continue his dreams and aspirations.

We all love Jerome, he has been an inspiration to a lot of people, his determination has gain a lot of envy to most of us, his good soul has led us to believe that there is goodness in a lot of things, and his kind heart has led us to kick off this campaign. It is our time to give back to our dear Jerome.

The effects of his illness has been devastating not only to Jerome but also to his family. The medical expenses for them, seems to be improbable if not impossible. With our way of raising funds, we can lift the entire family emotionally to continue this fight.

We believe that Jerome can be cure. We believe in Gods mercy. And we believe also in each and everyone of you. We are sure that this Christmas season will be the best Christmas Jerome will ever have. With your kindness and generosity, we can bring back a fighter in his own feet, able to stand alone and dance with his favored future chapter of his life. Thank you very much in advance.
