Hello everyone! This is Ayie Franco, Stelle's sister. I am setting this Go Get Funding to help raise fund for her medical expenses.

Last February 2024, Stelle was diagnosed with Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma - Stage 4 (DLBCL). It refers to the type of cancer that begin in the lymphatic system (the various lymph glands around the body) when abnormal white blood cells grow.

--------------------------------

It started last November 2023 when we went to hospital as she was having chest pain and pain in left side of her stomach. We though that this was because of her sleeping position. She was given a pain reliever.

Last December 2023, she experienced coughing and sore throat after a Christmas Party. It lasted for a while. But her cough stopped days after.

Then last February 2024, she had a cough again and had difficulty in sleeping flat as it triggers her cough. She was having a hard time breathing too. By February 12, we also noticed that her face and neck was swollen. We went to the hospital to have it checked and the doctor asked her to have a CT scan. She did the CT scan by February 15. We got the results by February 16 and found out that she has a large mass in her chest which was blocking the airway and is also near her heart.

We were then admitted by February 18, 2024 and was scheduled to have her biopsy the next day. By February 19, 2024, the doctor advised to put a stent in the airway as a preventive measure to help her breathe normally and avoid the mass fully blocking her airway.

Last February 24, the biopsy result came out and we found out that she has lymphoma. With the bulky disease that she has (as we also found out that she had fluids in both her lungs and around her heart), the doctor advised that she needs to undergo 6-8 cycles of chemotherapy which will be done every 21-28 days.

She has HMO and a Health Insurance but these will not be enough to cover the total cost of treatment including hospitalization.

We are knocking to your generous hearts for any amount that you can give to help with the medical expenses. Your support and prayers are greatly appreciated!

Thank you and may God bless you more!
