To be honest, I don't know how to deal with this without feeling awkward and helpless, but I decided to try again.

Our family is in the midst of a very perplexing situation as our financial resources are already depleted. The high cost of medical expenses and treatment had burdened us physically and emotionally.

Junie Laping Davidon 14-year-old boy a younger brother of my wife from Carmen, Cebu Philippines is in dire and urgent need of financial help as he fights Leukemia.

Junie was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on March 2021 . A few days before his diagnosis, he experienced alarming symptoms like high fever, pallor,head ache and joint pains and sudden weight lose.

These unusual manifestations prompted my in laws to seek for medical care and he was then admitted at Danao General Hospital in Danao City. Several laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures were performed. A bone marrow aspiration was also done . The results came in and it confirmed his diagnosis.

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is a type of cancer of the blood in which the bone marrow produces immature lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell. This debilitating disease is the most common type of cancer that afflicts children. If treated right away with intensive chemotherapy, it has a high cure rate. However, it can also progress rapidly and is awfully fatal when it is left untreated.

Junie, was then referred to the care of a pediatric hematologist-oncologist in Mandaue City for proper medical management. Immediately after his diagnosis, his chemotherapy was administered.

Our family is earnestly knocking on the hearts of generous individuals to extend financial support to help save Junie’s life fight for leukemia. Please help us in saving his life. We are short of financing his weekly medical expenses for the ongoing intensive chemotherapy.

He is resilient for he was able to endure the challenging cancer, an energetic, cheerful, and creative boy.

Our family earnestly appeal for financial help to support his chemotherapy treatment. As a young boy, he is full of faith and hope. He fervently longs to be free from cancer so that he can continue and finish his study.
