Fundraising for Jeck’s Kidney Transplant

Hello everyone, my name is Mhyrnel. My husband Bernardo Casabuena Jr, 33yrs old, was diagnosed with End-Stage Chronic Kidney Disease. He is now receiving a twice-weekly hemodialysis treatment. The doctor has recommended to get a kidney transplant as this is only the best option to extend his life. My family is beyond grateful as one of his sisters will be the kidney donor. The estimated cost for transplant is around P1M – P1.5M.
Currently, I am the only one providing in our family. My husband decided to resign from his work last year because of his illness. Our savings is not enough to cover the cost of the treatment, follow up medications and lifelong care required for his condition.
This is not an easy letter for me to write, but I am humbly asking for your help through this fundraiser. Anything you can give would be a real blessing and will be much appreciated.
