Fundraising for Alfredo Capino Jr.

Alfredo Capino Jr. admitted in Cabrini Medical Center last June 02,2021 as a COVID-19 patient with critical pneumonia. Due to unavailability of ICU, he stayed in emergency room for almost 2 days which resulted to higher medical expenses. In God's grace, after 2 days, he was transferred to ICU to monitor his stats which keep on dropping.

June 03, 2021, his oxygen saturation dropped to 40s (normal is around 90s), and he started to display cyanosis (a bluish discoloration of the skin resulting from poor circulation or inadequate oxygenation); so his doctor requested for intubation as his internal organs started to get affected. Same date, his doctor recommended hemoperfusion due to internal organs failure - specifically his lungs, heart, kidney, and possible brain damage.

June 04, 2021, his condition did not show any progress after intubation and hemoperfusion, and his oxygen saturation keeps getting worse. Also, a lot of laboratory tests still went back abnormal: kidney, heart, lung x-ray, blood gas analysis, cardiac enzymes, etc.

June 05, 2021, we were asked to provide consent for hemodialysis process to commence. This is due to low urine output.

At this stage, Alfredo Capino Jr. is still in critical condition. In 3 days of medication, his hospital bill is running at P608,799.00. Our expectation was already set by the hospital that critical COVID cases normally reaches P1M-2M depending on the condition and treatment.
